After graduation from BHS: education, career, etc.
i received at PhD in chemistry from Purdue University in 1985. My thesis was on laser spectroscopy.
I worked at BASF, Dow Chemical and Pfizer. I retired in Jan. 2012.
Since retirement, I've been a musician playing at clubs in southwest Michigan. My latest interest has been instrumental solo guitar. I took a class on solo guitar from Laurence Juber (Paul McCartney's lead guitar player from late 70's and early '80s). I spent the first 4 months of this year arranging a solo guitar piece for Bohemian Rhapsody.
My philosophy has been: If you're not growing, you're dying. I'm starting to get into electronic music, a la Thomas Dolby - Blinded me with Science.
